The Black Europe Travelling Showcase (BETS) enables universities and cultural institutions to host a window onto the Afrodescendant diaspora in Europe on their own campus or at their venue. We offer a series of curated film programs—organized thematically or geographically—that can be adapted to different audiences, formats, and budgets. Each showcase may include film screenings, discussions, masterclasses, and virtual or in-person visits by filmmakers and invited guests. Whether you are looking to highlight Black European cinema, explore diasporic histories and stories, or foster conversations around race, memory, migration, and futurity, BETS brings Black Europe—its cinema, its art, and its talents—to you.
